Much of today's advanced technology has its roots, to some degree or another, in "mission specific" space technology. As the missions for this technology were completed, a lot of that technology became commercialized and found its way into the public arena. From NASA spin-offs to new inventions, this committee has fun discovering what is new and bringing it to our attention through the many outlets and events that NSTA hosts.
